АЛЛЕРГИЯ К КЛЕЩАМ ДОМАШНЕЙ ПЫЛИ С ПОЗИЦИЙ МОЛЕКУЛЯРНОЙ АЛЛЕРГОЛОГИИ

Аннотация

Резюме. В последние годы отмечается резкий рост числа аллергических заболеваний. Основным фактором риска развития сенсибилизации является домашняя пыль, в больших количествах скапливающаяся в жилищах, играющая важную роль в развитии таких аллергических заболеваний, как аллергический ринит, бронхиальная астма, атопический дерматит. Основным компонентом домашней пыли являются клещи домашней пыли. Наиболее важное значение в развитии сенсибилизации играют Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, Dermatophagoides farinae, Euroglyphus maynei, Lepidoglyphus destructor и Blomia tropicalis. Мажорные аллергены клещей домашней пыли Der p 1 и Der p 2. Также важным аллергеном является тропомиозин клещей Der p 10, имеющий высокую степень перекрестной реактивности с тропомиозином других беспозвоночных, а также с тропомиозином человека. Исходя из этих соображений, при прогнозировании эффективности АСИТ необходимо определение уровней специфических IgЕ к мажорным аллергенам клещей домашней пыли и тропомиозину. В настоящее время доступен метод аллергодиагностики с использованием молекулярных компонентов аллергенов (CR-диагностика), который позволяет наиболее точно определить молекулы аллергенов, участвующих в развитии заболевания, что важно для назначения и оценки эффективности АСИТ.
