ВЛИЯНИЕ ИНДУЦИРОВАННОГО ВОСПАЛЕНИЯ НА МЕТАБОЛИЗМ КОЛЛАГЕНА В АТЕРОСКЛЕРОТИЧЕСКИХ БЛЯШКАХ У МЫШЕЙ

Аннотация

Резюме. Медиаторы воспаления могут играть существенную роль в дестабилизации атеросклеротической бляшки, нарушая баланс между образованием коллагена и его деградацией в фиброзной капсуле. У трансгенных мышей проведена оценка влияния индуцированного воспаления на экспрессию факторов посттрансляционной модификации и деградации коллагена – пролил-4-гидроксилазы, матриксных металлопротеиназ-2, -9 (ММР-2, -9) и тканевого ингибитора металлопротеиназ-1 (TIMP - 1). Было обнаружено, что в условиях значительного повышения уровня интерферона-γ и интерлейкина - 1β синтез пролил-4-гидроксилазы и ММР-9 снижется, в то время как продукция коллагена, ММР-2 и TIMP-1 не нарушается.
